KURSUS HOSPITALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Pada 10 - 12 Mei baru-baru ini saya mengendalikan kursus Customer Hospitality Excellence Services Training (CHEST) untuk kakitangan hotel Seri Malaysia di Rompin. Antara modul yang saya kongsikan ialah Introduction to Hospitality and Good Quality Staff, Housekeeping & Front Office, Food & Beverages, Customer Care, Grooming &  Ethics.
